We develop tailored, implementation-ready online monitoring solutions (utilizing acoustic and vibration analysis) based on the specific layout of the client's substation. These solutions include equipment layout plans, sensor installation diagrams, cabinet internal wiring diagrams, and system communication topology maps.
We provide multiple solution options for comparison and selection-such as standard economic, high-end full-featured, and cloud-based remote diagnostic versions-accompanied by detailed technical parameter comparison tables and itemized cost breakdowns.
We support customization for secondary system integration; our systems are compatible with international communication protocols, enabling seamless integration with the client's local power monitoring and control systems.
3. Prototype Testing, Factory Visits, and Technical Verification Support
1) Clients may request prototype testing; logistics costs for samples may be waived or reduced for long-term agents and large-scale engineering projects.
2) Free hands-on training is available for overseas clients visiting our factory.
3) For key overseas projects, we can arrange on-site engineering services; travel and labor costs are determined separately in accordance with the on-site service agreement. Prior to contract signing, a complete set of compliance documents is provided, including product test reports, industry system certifications, technical specifications, and operation manuals tailored for overseas use cases.

1. Customized Production & End-to-End Visual Quality Control
Software and hardware programs are customized based on the client's local grid voltage, frequency, and language requirements; equipment interfaces and fault alerts can be adapted to specific languages as needed.
A dedicated project liaison is assigned to provide weekly production progress updates and share actual photos and videos of factory-acceptance testing, ensuring the client stays informed of the product status.
Standardized factory acceptance testing is conducted prior to shipment, including simulated vibration signal acquisition tests, multi-channel signal synchronization verification, communication compatibility debugging, and a 72-hour continuous power-on burn-in test; a comprehensive hard-copy factory test report is included with the shipment.
2. Moisture-proof & Shock-resistant Export Packaging + Global Logistics Coordination
All monitoring equipment is packed in export-grade solid wood crates, featuring thickened shock-absorbing foam and moisture-absorbing desiccant to prevent equipment failure caused by impacts or moisture during ocean or air transport.
Optimal shipping solutions are recommended based on the client's delivery schedule and budget, with end-to-end tracking of the shipment until it arrives at the destination port.
3. Pre-shipment Technical Briefing & Training
A complete digital technical documentation package is provided, including system installation tutorial videos, hands-on sensor wiring guides, equipment troubleshooting manuals, and cloud monitoring platform operation instructions.
Before shipment, free remote video training is conducted for the client's local O&M team, covering on-site installation, system commissioning, basic parameter configuration, and routine inspection and maintenance procedures.

Overseas after-sales engineers operate on a rotating duty schedule, aiming to initiate contact within two hours of receiving a fault report; response times may be adjusted in cases of time zone differences, local public holidays, network outages, or force majeure events.
A dedicated service communication group is established for each independent overseas project, bringing sales staff, R&D technicians, and after-sales engineers together online to provide one-stop, synchronized resolution of all project-related issues.
2. Unified Global 2.Equipment Warranty Policy
A unified global warranty applies to the entire unit, commencing upon the goods' arrival at the destination port; free replacement parts are provided solely for original manufacturing defects. [Important Note] The following are excluded from free warranty coverage: damage caused by unauthorized modification, external impact, water ingress, lightning strikes, or extreme natural disasters; repairs for such issues are charged at the cost of parts only.
3. On-site Technical Services Overseas
For major overseas projects, engineers can be dispatched to the client's site to provide services including installation guidance, comprehensive system commissioning, hands-on training for the on-site O&M team, and offline troubleshooting and repair.
On-site service agreements can be signed in advance to specify the service duration, scope, and fee structure; all costs are itemized upfront with no hidden charges.
4. Software Upgrades and Technical Iteration
Free iterative upgrades for the accompanying monitoring software and cloud platform are provided during the sales contract's service period. Upon contract expiration, O&M agreements can be renewed to continue receiving update services, subject to the terms of the written agreement.
We also provide ongoing updates on new industry technologies, equipment O&M optimization strategies, and expertise in predicting tap-changer faults, while sharing relevant technical documentation on a long-term basis.
5. Long-term, Stable Supply of Spare Parts
We maintain standardized spare parts warehouses; orders from overseas clients receive priority in production and shipping to minimize equipment downtime. Long-term partners may negotiate customized spare parts inventory arrangements.
6. Regular Client Follow-ups and O&M Reminders
