Products Description
Our automatic transformer tester uses one test connection for several transformer measurements. An internal three-phase sine-wave source supports true three-phase short-circuit impedance testing without an external regulator.
Technical Principle
The tester applies a controlled test voltage to the transformer windings and measures the corresponding secondary response. Automatic calculation determines turns ratio, ratio error, polarity, and vector group, with phase-by-phase results stored for review.

Product Features
The automatic transformer tester combines five transformer-test functions and reduces repeated rewiring. The internal three-phase source removes the need for an external three-phase regulator during impedance tests. Quantitative demagnetization reports initial and final residual-magnetism values. Grounding and incorrect 380 V connection protection improve field operating safety.
Operating Conditions
Install the product in a clean, ventilated location without corrosive gas, conductive dust, water ingress, severe vibration, or strong impact. Provide reliable protective grounding, maintain the required electrical clearances, and use the rated auxiliary power supply. Confirm ambient temperature, humidity, altitude, enclosure protection, cable routing, and communication conditions before production and installation.
