Products Description
Our transformer dc resistance tester measures transformers, instrument transformers, generators, and motors with automatic or selected-current testing. The handheld unit stores results and supports USB export, printing, and a mobile application.
Technical Principle
A regulated DC test current is injected into the winding and the stabilized voltage drop is measured. Four-wire calculation removes lead resistance, and discharge control safely releases stored magnetic energy after the test.

Product Features
The transformer dc resistance tester covers micro-ohm winding measurements and higher resistance values with one portable unit. Automatic testing reduces manual range-selection work during repetitive measurements. Protection circuits and clear indication help prevent common connection errors. Local memory, USB export, printing, and mobile control support traceable test records.
Operating Conditions
Install the product in a clean, ventilated location without corrosive gas, conductive dust, water ingress, severe vibration, or strong impact. Provide reliable protective grounding, maintain the required electrical clearances, and use the rated auxiliary power supply. Confirm ambient temperature, humidity, altitude, enclosure protection, cable routing, and communication conditions before production and installation.
