Our oltc online monitoring system captures motor current, switching current, vibration, tap position, and operating states during each OLTC action. Stored waveforms and trends support mechanical and electrical condition analysis.

 

Technical Principle

Current, travel, vibration, coil, and auxiliary-contact signals are captured during each operation. The system aligns these waveforms in time and calculates operating time, speed, stroke, synchronism, coil behavior, and mechanism characteristics for condition assessment.
